All our online transactions are processed securely using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer Technology) to ensure that your credit card information remains private. We use RBS WorldPay.

PRICES

Are those ruling at date of dispatch and are subject to alteration as may be necessary.

PAYMENT

Payment is due in full at time of order.

CLAIMS

Claims arising from loss of, or damage to, goods in transit must be notified to the company in writing, within 3 days of receipt of goods in the case of damage, and 14 days of date of invoice in the case of loss.  Claims made outside these time limits will not be entertained by the Company.

DELIVERY

Parcels will be sent by Royal Mail First Class or by our nominated carrier service. Where products are in stock, we aim to despatch your order within 1 working day. Due to circumstances beyond our control, however, this is not always possible, so please allow 14 days for delivery.

Please note that cancellation after dispatch cannot be accepted.

We cannot accept liability for any out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed delivery or delayed deliveries.

From day of dispatch, Royal Mail aims to deliver the package next working day, including Saturday but please allow up to 2 days.

RETURNS POLICY

When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, the Company may agree to their return on the following conditions:


a)    the item must be in perfect condition and returned in original packaging
b)    a request must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods
c)    any refunds given for returned goods will be subject to a handling charge of 10%
d)    it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for the return carriage and to ensure that the returned goods are adequately packed to avoid damage in transit
e)    we strongly recommend that proof of posting is obtained by the customer.  We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged parcels in transit to us.  

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of an order prior to delivery will incur a 5% handling charge and cancellation after despatch cannot be accepted.
